SPIN / BARRE is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the bike as our barre. The first half our traditional Mind Body Cycle 30 min. Spin class, then hop off your bike and we move into Barre using your bike for balance.
This is a super fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. All Levels Welcome.

Starts with our signature beat based, fat-burning, cardio workout ride for 30 min. then we move onto our Power Pilates segment that gives you the option to work with a variety of tools (weights, or thera-bands) to lengthen, strengthen, and tone the body. It is tailored to individual needs and will support any physical activity in your daily life .
