What is your Class style? My classes are choreographed specially to the beat of the music. I like to mix it up and keep it interesting with sprints, climbing, jumps, push-ups on the bike, weights, and isolations! The class will fly by and you’ll push past your comfort zone while enjoying yourself listening to a motivating playlist.
What genre of music do you like? I tend to mix a variety of music including pop, rock, indie rock, hip hop, techno & some fun 80’s & 90’s jams too!
What do you do for FUN? I enjoy spending time with my baby girl, husband and our 2 dogs. We like going to the beach and hiking. I also LOVE to cook and do hair, I am a hair stylist and the owner of Bamboo Beauty Lounge in Lahaina.

What genre of music do you like? The old classics, the new favorites, and a few randoms. Rihanna, Nicki Minaj and Missy Elliott are my go-to's to everyone pumped up.
What do you do for FUN? Step outside in MAUI! Anything involving the outdoors or a competitive athletic event will guarantee a good time for me.

What is your Class style? Enter my happy place on a spin bike with super pumped group energy and fun dance moves. I love working out hard on a spin bike with tap backs, push-ups, standing doubles, runs and climbs.
What genre of music do you like? I love music with a strong BEAT! I love mixing up the latest pop hits with some old school hip hop.
What do you do for fun? I left my job as the Director of Admissions at the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley over 16 years ago to pursue my love for surfing and passion for designing clothes. You can usually spot me at the beach foil surfing or at my retail store in Kihei called Da Beach House Maui.

What's your Class Style? Because I teach a variety of modalities, there is no one particular “Style” because how I teach also depends on the most important factor, the students. I like to motivate students to focus on their potentials and not their limitations with a fun challenge.
